Our Campaign Goal is to Raise $1.25 Million of a $6 Million Project Cost
With nearly $750,000 raised, we are asking for continued alumnae support to make another push toward our $1.25 million goal. The permanent monthly loan payments begin soon, and we hope to limit any increased expense burden on the chapter. Your tax-deductible donations will also enable us to wrap up the remaining wish-list items from our First, Finest, Forever Home campaign:
- Payment of the outstanding NC State Greek Village infrastructure fee
- Permanent signage recognizing donors
- Furniture for our fine amazing porches
- Window treatments
Your investment in Zeta Beta will ensure the success of our chapter. Each of us benefited from the hard work and generosity of those who came before us. Now we have the opportunity to ensure the future of our chapter. Think of the special bonds of sisterhood you shared while at NC State and the friendships that remain today and help us leave a legacy for future generations. Every dollar raised now will reduce the amount that will have to be financed by the House Corporation.

DONOR RECOGNITION
Special naming opportunities will be offered to alumnae making gifts of $10,000 and above. Donors contributing $2,500 or more will be prominently recognized in the Chapter house. Donors contributing $1,000 or more will be recognized in campaign publications. Gifts in honor or in memory of other Alpha Delta Pi sisters, as well as family gifts, are welcome. Recognition in such cases will be given to both the donor and the honoree.
100% TAX DEDUCTIBLE
All donations to the Zeta Beta Housing Fund made through the Alpha Delta Pi Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization, are tax deductible. Gifts to this fund will be used to fund charitable and educational activities to the benefit of the Zeta Beta Chapter of Alpha Delta Pi, specifically including the support of qualifying capital building projects and project- related expenses that promote the desired atmosphere for academic study.
